Logistical Forms
To safely, effectively and legally carry out the photography required these forms and contracts needed to be read filled out and signed. These forms include a detailed risk assessment and steps to take to reduce the risks identified it also includes a location release form signed by the property manager allowing me to use the location for filming. There is also a resource list stating the resources I needed to produce the content. Also included is a contributor release form signed by all cast and crew confirming they agree to be apart of the production stage.
Contributor Release Forms-
Contributor release forms allow there to be an arrangement made between the contributor and producer/production company,by signing these forms a contributor gives the producer/production company the right to be included use their image and confirm their involvement in the project.Contributor release forms can be used for all cast crew and creatives whether their image is used or not,by having these forms in industry it means that a production company has all the correct legal documents and rights meaning if there was a dispute for example; a cast member saying they don't want their image included however signed the contributor release form the production has every right to use their image in the media product.
Location Release Forms-
Location Release Forms allows a production access to a building or location for filming,these forms include and discuss dates times and duration of filming as well as permission from the location owner to use the building/location indoors or outdoors or both.These forms will also be signed by the producer and discuss the fee for the location based on dates duration and what the production require.
Risk Assessments-
Risk Assessments are vital to carry out for a production for at least every separate location but can be carried out for each scene.A risk assessment lays out in detail potential risks to the cast and crew such as trip hazards and cold environments and sets out a plan to reduce these risks.
